02What can the public story guide answer?
Only facts already approved for this birthday edition: Richard’s roots, parents, education, career, family milestones, photographs and birthday song. It has no connection to the private Ancestry tree.

The family tree includes living people and private research. Access is reviewed by Carl or Ryan before anyone can use the Telegram historian.
04How long does an access review take?
Usually within a day. After approval, the requester receives personal pairing instructions for the private Telegram bot.
05Can a forwarded Telegram link grant access?
No. Opening the bot is not approval. Each Telegram account must be paired to its numeric sender ID; display names and usernames are not trusted as identity.
